​Wellness Was Never a Trend for Me — It Was Personal

​

From the very beginning, my body told its own story.

While my mother was pregnant with me, the only foods that brought relief were lettuce, tea, and lightly sweetened foods. As a child, I struggled with extreme skin sensitivity — eczema, allergic reactions to detergents and soaps, and unexplained rashes that once sent me to Scottish Rite Hospital when doctors couldn’t identify the cause. Over time, the symptoms faded, but the awareness stayed.

I learned early to pay attention.

What I ate affected my digestion.
What I used on my skin affected my entire body.
What I surrounded myself with affected my mood, emotions, and clarity.

At 17, I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle — not as a label, but as a response to how my body functioned best. Since then, I’ve been deeply intentional about everything I consume and use: food, skincare, haircare, home products, and materials that touch my skin daily.

That intentionality has given me more than physical health — it’s given me energy, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Faith, Identity & Creative Intelligence

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of seven — a label I no longer claim, not because it wasn’t real, but because it never fully explained me. At that same age, my IQ tested at 139.

It took years — and self-understanding — to realize that my mind wasn’t broken. It was creative. Expansive. Non-linear.

Instead of fighting how I was designed, I learned to work with it. That shift unlocked creativity, adaptability, and an ability to see connections others often miss — gifts that now fuel my work in branding, fashion, marketing, and storytelling.

My faith has been the foundation of that growth. My walk with God didn’t limit my creativity — it expanded it. It reshaped how I process emotion, respond to challenges, and move through life with intention instead of reaction.

Fashion, Marketing & Purposeful Work

Professionally, I’ve worked across the fashion and marketing industries, traveling to multiple states and countries for brands and companies I partnered with. I’ve lived inside the worlds of trend, strategy, and storytelling — and I understand both the beauty and the harm that can exist when intention is missing.

That understanding led me to build my own fashion brand — one rooted in health, faith, and elevated simplicity. After many seasons of learning, pivoting, and refining, I finally found the alignment that feels right: fashion that honors the body, the planet, and the spirit — without sacrificing beauty or luxury.

Today, I also serve as a Business, Marketing, and Finance teacher for high school students, sharing real-world knowledge while continuing to build my brand and creative platforms.
